Chitra earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology from Emory University. She joined the practice in July 2025 and works closely with Dr. Shaw as a Medical Assistant, helping ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit.

Sharon has been with the practice for five years and serves as the Back Office Lead Medical Assistant, assisting in the Allergy Department with sublingual immunotherapy preparation and administering immunotherapy injections. She’s a dedicated Georgia sports fan and loves to bring her team pride into the office with her game-day apparel. 

Mona joined our practice in March 2023 and is the last smiling face you’ll see as you leave our office. She works at our checkout desk, helping schedule follow-up appointments and answering any final questions. With her bright personality and signature reader glasses, she brings a fun, welcoming energy to the front office.

Carson is the newest member of our team and functions as a medical assistant, assisting with patient care and supporting our clinical staff throughout the day.

Tracy joined our practice in January 2023 and serves as Dr. Shaw’s surgery coordinator. She works behind the scenes to secure insurance approvals and coordinate surgical care, helping guide patients through each step of the process. When she’s not at work, you may find her doting over her Shih Tzu puppies.

Margeo joined our practice in July 2024 and serves as our front desk check-in specialist. She’s often the first smiling face to welcome you, known for her positive energy, friendly personality, and love of all things Mickey Mouse.
