Perimeter ENT is dedicated to the medical and surgical treatment of conditions affecting the head and neck, including the ears, nose, and throat. Otolaryngology (commonly known as ENT) also focuses on breathing and swallowing disorders, as well as conditions involving the larynx, thyroid, parathyroid, and salivary glands.

Although children can experience many of the same ear, nose, and throat conditions as adults, they are often more susceptible and may require specialized care. Our providers are specially trained to diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric ear, nose, and throat conditions, ensuring compassionate and age-appropriate care for every child.

Our audiologist uses highly calibrated, state-of-the-art equipment to accurately determine the type and severity of a patient’s hearing loss. We offer a wide selection of the latest digital hearing aids from leading manufacturers. Our audiologist works closely with each patient to find the right hearing solution based on hearing needs, lifestyle, and budget. All hearing aids include a 30-day adjustment period to ensure the best possible fit and comfort.

We offer allergy testing and immunotherapy services for both pediatric and adult patients. Testing is performed safely in our office using the MQT skin prick testing method with intradermal testing when needed. All testing is closely managed by our experienced clinical staff and overseen by Dr. Elizabeth Shaw. Our allergy medical assistants are nationally certified and AAOA-trained, with specialized expertise in ENT allergy testing and immunotherapy—ensuring accurate diagnosis and compassionate, high-quality care.

Perimeter ENT is proud to offer Inspire® therapy for qualified patients with obstructive sleep apnea. Our providers carefully evaluate each patient to determine candidacy and guide them through every step of the process—from consultation and testing to treatment and follow-up care. Our team is committed to helping patients find effective, comfortable sleep apnea solutions that improve sleep quality and overall health.

RhinAer® is a quick, in-office procedure we offer to help patients with chronic runny nose, post-nasal drip, or nasal congestion that doesn’t improve with medications. It works by gently calming the overactive nerves inside the nose using controlled radiofrequency energy. The procedure takes about 10–15 minutes, requires no incisions, and has little to no downtime. Most patients return to normal activities the same day and experience lasting symptom relief.

VivAer® is a quick, in-office procedure we offer to help patients who struggle with nasal obstruction or difficulty breathing through their nose. It uses gentle radiofrequency energy to reshape and support the nasal tissues, improving airflow without cutting or surgery. The procedure takes about 10–15 minutes, is performed with local numbing medication, and requires little to no downtime. Most patients notice improved breathing and are able to return to normal activities the same day.

Botox® is an FDA-approved preventive treatment for chronic migraines (15+ headache days per month). It works by blocking pain signals between nerves and the brain, helping reduce migraine frequency and severity. Treatment involves small injections to targeted areas of the head and neck, takes about 15–20 minutes, and is repeated every 12 weeks. We are pleased to offer Botox for migraine treatment in our office. Insurance coverage may be available for eligible patients.

Botox® is an effective treatment for TMJ disorders and jaw pain caused by muscle tension and clenching. It works by relaxing overactive jaw muscles, reducing pain, tension, headaches, and teeth grinding. Treatment involves small injections into targeted jaw muscles, takes about 15–20 minutes, and results typically last up to 3 months. We are pleased to offer Botox for TMJ treatment in our office.
