Covid-19 Office Notice

In light of the Covid-19 health crisis, see our temporary hours & schedule and our new option for Telehealth Visits:

 

Phone hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Fridays 8:30 -2:00pm

 

ENT clinic scheduled appointments: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 1pm.

 

Telehealth appointments: Monday through Friday (via Doxy.me required web browser Chrome or Firefox).

 

Audiology: - Currently closed.  Call office if you need Dr. Duncan.

 

Allergy Testing and Immunotherapy:  Open, by appointment, Option #8 on phone.  Call for any concerns with your current shot/SLIT schedule needs.

 

Surgery Schedule: Call office, Option #7, as surgery schedules into May have been modified and changed.

 

We encourage patients of advanced age or those with immunocompromising conditions to reschedule non-urgent appointments to a time when this crisis has passed.  

 

If you have Covid-19 symptoms of:

Fever greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit, chills, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, congestion that differs from typical seasonal allergies, body aches, fatigue, loss of smell or diarrhea

Please remain at home and call the Covid 19 information line at 404-71-COVID (404-712-6843).

 

We are encouraging telehealth appointments.  Please call the office to schedule these appointments in advance as you would a regular appointment (If you do not have internet capability, FaceTime may be an option.   Please call the office for details).
